Public Notice - Bouchard Subdivision (continued)
The Madbury Planning Board will consider an application for Subdivision and Lot Line Adjustment under the Ordinances and Regulations of the Town of Madbury on Wednesday, March 1, 2017, at 7:00 pm, Madbury Town Hall, 13 Town Hall Road, Madbury NH. Kenneth G and Brenda J Bouchard of 73 Hayes Road in Madbury present this application for Map 4 Lots 14A and 14B located at 73 and 67 Hayes Road respectively. The applicants propose to create three new lots from Lot 14A and adjust a lot line on Lot 14B. If the application is found complete and meets the standards of the regulations, it will be accepted for consideration and a public hearing on the matter will follow.

Public Notice - Bouchard CUP
The Madbury Planning Board will consider an application for a Conditional Use Permit under the Ordinances and Regulations of the Town of Madbury on Wednesday, April 5, 2017, at 7:00 pm, at the Madbury Town Hall, 13 Town Hall Road, Madbury NH. Brenda J Bouchard of 73 Hayes Road, Madbury, presents this application for Map 4 Lot 14E (proposed) located at 73 Hayes Road. The applicant proposes to construct a wetlands crossing for a driveway. If the application is found complete and meets the standards of the regulations, it will be accepted for consideration and a public hearing on the matter will follow.

Zoning Changes Approved
The Madbury Planning Board held a public hearing on Wednesday, 4 January 2017, wherein the members discussed proposed changes to the Zoning Ordinances which are scheduled to appear on the Warrant at the 2017 Town Meeting. Proposed changes to the Subdivision Regulations and Site Plan Regulations were reviewed as well, but these changes will not appear on the Warrant.

Items reviewed included:
1. Remove References to Fees (ZO,SR,SPR);
2. Update Text for Accessory Apartments (ZO);
3. Resolve Site Plan Review Requirements (ZO);
4. Update Text for Agritourism (ZO,SPR);
5. Update Text for Redundant Statements (ZO).

SPR = Site Plan Review Regulations

Please refer to the Draft Land Use Regulations which reflect these changes.
